Jo Ritzema
Non Executive Board Director
After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, Jo began a career in industry in a variety of roles across manufacturing and logistics, before joining Brampton headquartered WCF in 2004, progressing from Finance Director to Managing Director in 2013 and latterly as Executive Chair.
Under Jo’s leadership WCF diversified its income streams via acquisition and created an inclusive culture of high engagement and autonomy. An advocate of employee ownership, Jo served on the Board of the Employee Ownership Association for 10 years and was Chair of their Finance & Audit Committee.
She now holds non-executive director and independent trustee roles within a small number of employee-owned businesses where she hopes to add value through a combination of strategic, commercial and financial insights.
