The role of the Board
The Board is responsible for the overall direction, stewardship and long-term success of H&H Group plc. It sets strategy, oversees performance and risk, and ensures that the Group meets its legal, financial and regulatory responsibilities.
The Board includes executive and non-executive directors with experience across farming, rural enterprise, finance, professional services, manufacturing, infrastructure and business leadership. Non-executive directors bring independent judgement, constructive challenge and perspectives from the industries and communities H&H serves.
